This is a slim rectangular panel that sits flat against the ceiling. The frame is gold metal with rounded corners. Inside it, a white diffuser covers the LED strip end to end. That gives one long band of even light instead of a row of bright spots. The LEDs are built in, so there is no bulb to buy and none to change. The panel is 7 in wide and comes in three lengths. You also pick the light tone: warm, natural or white.

Inside the frame is a strip of LEDs running the full length. A white diffuser sits over the top of them. The diffuser is what turns a line of small bright chips into one continuous band.

The LEDs are integrated, which means they are part of the fixture rather than a bulb in a socket. There is nothing to buy and nothing to replace. The trade off is that when the LEDs eventually fail, the fixture is done.

Choosing the Length and the Light Tone

Three lengths are available: 23.5 in, 35.5 in and 47.5 in. All three are 7 in wide. Match the length to the surface below rather than the room. A 47.5 in panel over a small desk is too much fixture.

Over a kitchen island or a long desk, take the longest one and centre it. Over a console or a hallway, the shortest is usually right.

Three light tones are offered. Warm suits a living room or a bedroom. White is the one for a working desk. Natural sits between them and is the safe choice if the room does both jobs.

Mounting and Wiring the Panel

The panel mounts flush, so it sits hard against the ceiling with no drop. That makes it a good fit for low ceilings, sloped ceilings and anywhere a pendant would be in the way.

It is hardwired to a ceiling box and rated 110V-120V and 220V-240V. Maximum draw is 39W, which is low enough that it will not trouble an existing lighting circuit.
