Custom Orders

Cancellations

Returns
We accept returns for damaged or unused items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return,Β please call +1 281-378-7468Β orΒ email us atΒ hello@hurbanehome.comΒ to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). Be sure to include your order number in the email.
- Returns must have an RA to be accepted.
- Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Refunds will be processed and transferred to the beneficiary account within 2-3 weeks after the return is received.
