Industrial Wall Sconce with a Tilting Cone Shade
This industrial wall sconce puts a wide metal cone shade on the end of a brass arm. The shade sits on a joint held by two thumbscrews, so it tilts up or down and stays where you leave it. The arm reaches out from a small round black backplate. The shade is 8.7 in across, in black or white. Two hardware finishes are offered: aged bronze, listed as option A, and polished brass, listed as option B. No bulb is supplied.

The joint below the shade is what separates this from a fixed sconce. Two thumbscrews clamp the shade holder, so you loosen them, tilt the cone and tighten again. Aimed down it is a reading light. Aimed up it washes the wall. The arm reaches out from a small round backplate, which puts the shade clear of the wall. Choose a black or white shade and aged bronze or polished brass hardware.

Loosen the two thumbscrews and the cone swings on its axis.
