The Bulb, Dimming and Fitting

An LED bulb is included, so it works out of the box.

The fixture is dimmable, but that needs a dimmer on the circuit.

The pull cord is a simple on and off switch, not a dimmer.

Input is 90 to 260 V, which covers a 120 V supply.

The shade is PVC and acrylic over a metal fitting, and weighs 2.6 lb.

Keep the bulb wattage modest. The shade is plastic, not glass.
