The E26 / E27 socket takes an ordinary screw-fit bulb, so you control the warmth and output yourself. A warm-white LED around 2700K suits the Art Deco character and keeps the opal glass looking amber rather than blue-white. Because the shade already diffuses heavily, a lower wattage goes further here than it would behind clear glass.
