Tilting Wall Sconce With a Shade
Three models share this fitting and they are not the same object. Model A has a metal shade and a pair of antler arms above it. Model B is the same shade with no antlers at all, on a plain round plate. Model C has the antlers and a wooden shade instead of metal. All three tilt on the joint, take an E27 bulb and come in black or white. Check the model letter before you order, because the look changes a lot.

Read the model letter on this one before anything else. Two of the three have antler arms rising above the shade. The third has none and is a plain tilting sconce. One of the antler versions swaps the metal shade for a wooden one. They cost the same and sit on the same backplate, but they are different fittings.
Telling the Three Models Apart
Model A is the metal shade with antlers, 7.5 in tall overall.
Model B drops the antlers and stands 5.5 in tall.
Model C keeps the antlers and uses a wooden shade.
All three are 5.1 in wide and project the same distance.
The antlers are decorative. They do not hold or aim anything.
If you want the novelty, order A or C.
If you want a plain adjustable sconce, order B.
B is the one that suits a hallway or a rented flat.
A and C suit a cabin, a bunk room or a child's room.
Model B is the one most people actually want for a hallway.
The antlers on A and C are a commitment to a particular look.
In a cabin or a bunk room they land well. In a lounge they may not.
The Tilting Head
The shade sits on a joint where it meets the backplate.
Push it down and the light lands on a table or a book.
Push it up and it bounces off the wall as a soft glow.
The bulb is exposed at the open end of the shade.
That means a round decorative lamp is part of the look.
A plain frosted globe suits it better than a long filament lamp.
Aim it away from where anyone sits, because the bulb is visible.
The joint holds its angle without needing tightening.
The shade is open at the wide end, so the lamp is always on show.
Angle it away from seating rather than straight into the room.
A decorative round lamp finishes it. A bare stick lamp does not.
Finish, Bulb and Fitting
Black holds a hard outline against pale timber or brick.
White is quieter and suits a plastered wall.
On model C the wooden shade is the same on both finishes.
It takes an E27 lamp, which you supply.
Pick a warm lamp. The exposed bulb sets the mood of the room.
It is hardwired, so you need a point at the right height.
Mount it about 55 to 60 in off the floor beside a chair.
At 1.8 lb, standard anchors carry it without trouble.

Model A and Model C are listed at identical dimensions.
The difference between them is the shade material, not the size.
