The 10.6 inch middle size is the one most rooms actually want. It is big enough to read as intentional over a round table or a reading chair, and small enough to hang in a pair without the two fittings competing. Each pendant is rated for roughly 54 to 108 square feet, so a large open-plan room will need more than one regardless of the size you pick.

Choosing between the six painted finishes

White and grey are the quiet options. Against a pale wall the painted shade almost disappears and the wood collar becomes the detail you notice, which suits a room that already has enough going on.

Black does the opposite and turns the pendant into a silhouette, which works well against timber cladding or a strong wall color. Pink, green and rose gold are accent choices. They read as soft rather than loud because the finish is matte, but they will set the tone of a small room, so pick them when you want the light to be the focal point.

Cord length, bulbs and installation

The cord is 39.4 inches, which is shorter than many pendants and worth checking against your ceiling. Over a dining table you want roughly 30 to 34 inches of clear space above the surface, and on a standard ceiling this cord manages that comfortably. On a high or vaulted ceiling it may not reach far enough.

The fitting takes an E26 or E27 screw bulb and none is supplied, so you choose the color temperature. A warm 2700K lamp suits a dining table or a living room, while 3000K to 4000K is easier to work under. The fixture is hardwired and rated for dry locations only. Basic assembly is required, and the wood should be dusted with a soft dry cloth rather than cleaned with anything wet.
